Strong interpersonal and interaction skills. A professional appearance, along with the ability to handle customer inquiries and process financial transactions accurately. The ability to work in Windows based systems with attention to detail. Previous bank experience preferred. We are seeking a full-time Personal Banker to work in our Louisville market. Job role responsibilities will call on potential or existing customers to develop new business. Open various new accounts, process necessary information and educate the customers with bank services/products available. Serves as a relationship banker to provide banking services and facilitates delivery of consumer loans. Assists with the credit approval process. Backup to the teller line as needed. Job qualification requirements are: Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and interaction skills. Computer skills include the ability to work in a Windows based system. Previous relationship banking experience required.
